#14 – Infrared Sauna

I heard about the benefits of an infrared sauna so I went to a few sessions and loved it so much that I joined for an unlimited monthly membership. I’m now in my 2nd month and still love it! I go 5 to 6 times a week 🔥 🤩

In a nutshell, you have a private room for 50 minutes. I spend 40-45 minutes in the hot room and the other 5-10 changing and wiping the sweat away……haha but oh so true! They provide towels and entertainment. I watch Netflix while in the sauna. There’s a tv in the changing area and a glass door front on the sauna so you take the remote control into the sauna and play whatever you want. The sound is wired to play in the sauna. Perfect!
